Emergency Program Executive Committee

Purpose of the Committee

The purpose of the Emergency Program Executive Committee (EPEC) is to provide recommendations regarding the preparation of a local emergency plan respecting preparation for, response to, and recovery from emergencies and disasters. The Emergency Program Management Committee (EPMC) is accountable to the Executive and provides a comprehensive management program for the emergency plan.
